Myself and two of my friends stayed in Alberto’s place for a week while we were hiking in the Dolomites. It was a perfect place for our stay. San Vito is a charming village just outside of Cortina and the appartment is positioned in the heart of it. Alberto was an extremely communicative, friendly and helpful host. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Afzal giugno 2026 Buongiorno, l’appartamento si trova in una posizione comoda e ben servita. È facile trovare parcheggio per le macchine grandenelle vicinanze inoltre appartamento ha suo parcheggio . L’alloggio è spazioso, con letti comodi, e può ospitare fino a quattro persone. Il bagno è stato recentemente ristrutturato e dispone di tutti i comfort. Inoltre, è presente un ampio terrazzo, ideale per rilassarsi all’aperto.

voor het appartement mochten we parkeren. twee trappen op. keuken voldeed. badkamer was oke. bed was goed. eigenaar heeft een grote verzameling wandelroute kaarten en heeft veel tips over de omgeving. mooie bergen dicht in de buurt. leuk heel ruim balkon. supermarkt op loopafstand.

The apartment is cozy and very well equipped. For a family of 4 had everything in place to cook and manage ourselves. A nice touch is the newly decorated bathroom with a really nice shower cabin – top notch. The host was extremely friendly, responsive and had really nice recommendations on where to go, what to see around- like walks in the nature, things to eat. Overall a very good experience.

der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, er hat uns auch gute Empfehlungen gegeben und in der Wohnung gibt es unterschiedliche Bücher und Karten für Unternehmungen in der Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich für vier Personen und die Terrasse wunderbar

Alberto’s place was perfect for us, it’s very close to Cortina but to be honest San Vito di Cadore is actually much better, it’s not so touristic and it’s a charming little town with a great location. The place was as described and Alberto had some really awesome tips and recommendations. The host was prompt to assist with anything we needed. Great place, would stay again! Je recommande fortement! L’emplacement était super, les lits ultra confortables, eau chaud avec une mini laveuse et cuisinette parfait pour se sentir chez soi et y rester plusieurs jours. Nous (2 personnes) avions apporter nos vélo et soit directement de l’appartement ou a maximum 30 minutes de route nous y avons fait des rides exceptionnelles! Énorme merci!

The unit was perfect for a week in San Vito. Clean and cosy but with a beautiful sunny deck to enjoy a cup of tea while looking out at the incredible mountains. Easy to walk to lots of great restaurants and bakeries. A good sized supermarket also in walking distance. Only a 10 min drive to Cortina. We loved it and would happily stay again next time we visit! Host was very responsive and eager to please. Nice touches like a bottle of wine awaited us. Bathroom is brand new, while other parts of the apartment are older. People with mobility issues should note that they have to go up a long flight of narrow staircase. We liked that the location was 10 min outside of Cortina, and therefore, free of the crowds, noise and construction. Host offered us a very late checkout without us even asking, which was much appreciated. Overall, a good value and a good stay!

Logement agréable, dans une ville formidable. L’hôte était vraiment réactif et nous a conseillé pleins de choses à faire et voir. Le logements était parfait avec tout ce que nous avions besoin. Plusieurs petites consignes à respecter comme la consommation d’électricité et de gaz, mais une fois qu’on comprend ce qu’il faut faire, tout était simple. À proximité de randonnées extraordinaire. Je recommande ce logement à 100% pour votre séjour dans les dolomites.

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, hat wirklich alles was man brauchen könnte! Sogar tolle Spiele, was für regnerisches Wetter mit Kind super war!! Alberto ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! War jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben! Die Aussicht und die Lage sind wirklich gut! 
Wir möchten gern nochmal im Sommer zurückkommen!

It was a pleasure staying at Alberto’s place. It is in a friendly quiet location with an outstanding view on the Dolomites. Loads of local amenities with shops and restaurant and a large playground areas for the kids. Alberto is very friendly and able to support on a daily basis. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic accommodation surrounded by breathtaking landscape. Ideally situated with lots available at walking distance (groceries, restaurants, shops). Apartment has everything needed for a couple or a small family, very comfortable and quiet. Highly recommended!

Ubytování bylo naprosto ideálním výchozím bodem pro návšťevu Dolomit. Cortina D’Ampezzo je 10 minut od apartmánu, Cinque Torri 20 minut, Tre Cime 30 minut. Skvělá byla možnost samoobslužného procesu ubytování, což nám umožnilo přijet velmi pozdě večer. Cena byla na danou lokalitu skvělá. Apartmán poskytl vše co jsme potřebovali. Velmi oceňuji soukromé parkovací místo před ubytováním. Alberto je velmi proaktivní hostitel, poskytl nám veškeré informace, které podobně vysvětlil. Doporučuji!
Chtěla bych vám poděkovat za váš byt a váš velmi aktivní přístup. Užili jsme si to na 110% a určitě se chceme vrátit. Děkujeme!

Alberto’s place was perfect for our short break to the Dolomites! Super easy to find with great communication throughout. The location worked really well as there were buses regularly, a supermarket and restaurants a short walk in the village and so many wonderful walks and cycles within easy reach. The apartment itself has everything we needed to relax after a long day’s hiking and biking. would definitely recommend to anyone!

Fijn verblijf gehad bij Alberto. Duidelijke instructies en schone ruimtes. Fijn zacht bed ook! Er is een groot terras, als het zonnig is kun je hier echt heerlijk zitten. Verder zijn er restaurantjes en een supermarkt op loopafstand. Parkeerplek voor de deur.

We can’t say enough good things about this host and his home. Fantastic location, with a great terrace to enjoy the simply stunning surroundings. Alberto was so friendly, helpful and just made our stay so relaxed. His proactive communication and recommendations on all things to do and see was so helpful. He really shone a light on San Vito Dolomites and we hope to come back some day maybe winter holiday next time!

Well suited for hiking. The bathroom is very nice and spacious. The terrace is large and has a wonderful view, and if you’re lucky with the weather it is a lovely place. Alberto is a very responsive and helpful host, and has some nice tips about the area. There is also a very helpful collection of maps available if you’re planning on hiking.

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and its location is close to restaurants and cafes. There is a supermarket a five-minute walk away and a restaurant that serves very delicious traditional Italian pizza. Alberto is a helpful person who made our stay more enjoyable. He also suggested many places to visit. Check-in and check-out are smooth.

Alberto bol skvelý, priateľský a komunikatívny hostiteľ, ktorý vždy rýchlo reagoval. Pozitívne hodnotím flexibilný čas príchodu a odchodu, a tiež parkovanie pred domom. V apartmáne sme sa cítili skvelo, vyspali sa lepšie ako doma a zažili nádherné východy slnka z veľkej terasy. San Vito je asi 15 minút cesty autom do Cortiny a skvelý východiskový bod na všetky túry a objavovanie hôr. Určite sa radi vrátime. Apartmán a hostiteľa Alberta rozhodne odporúčam 🙂

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Alberto. L’appartement est au cœur de San Vito, le village est très calme, et on peut rejoindre facilement Cortina en voiture à 10 minutes. Le logement était très propre et joliment décoré, la cuisine est un peu “vintage” mais très bien équipée et très pratique. La terrasse est effectivement très grande ! Il y a énormément d’informations à disposition pour les férus de randonnée ! L’accueil était très chaleureux et amical, merci encore pour l’accueil, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez vous !
